Consultations
- Initial consultations are non-refundable once delivered.
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment may be rescheduled at no charge.
Programs
- Programs are refundable on a prorated basis prior to initiation of the protocol.
- Once labs, prescriptions or proprietary content have been delivered, refunds are no longer available.
Packages & Memberships
- Unused recovery sessions may be transferred to a future date but are non-refundable.
- Memberships may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice; remaining benefits are honored through the paid period.
Gift Cards
- Gift cards are non-refundable but transferable.
